Eating lunch at school is a privilege and students are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate fashion. All students who at Larchwood Public School must eat lunch at school, unless accompanied by an parent/guardian or other adult.
Pizza is sold once a week, on Tuesdays. Sub sandwiches are sold once a week, on Thursdays. Other special day lunches, liked grilled cheese or hot dogs, are offered throughout the year. These lunches will be served to students during the second nutritional break of the day. All food orders are prepaid. Letters regarding prepayment of these food orders will be sent home. Milk is also available daily (through prepayment) for students to purchase for the second nutritional break.
If you can help out for special day lunches or on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays to prepare the food for delivery, please let us know. Your assistance would be much appreciated.
From time to time we also need temporary replacements for our noon hour supervisors. If you are able to assist us in this area, please call the office.
