Medications

All student prescription medications are to be labelled and kept in the Office.  All prescription medications to be administered at school require a form, signed by parent and doctor. This form must be updated each year.  Please check with the office if your child requires this service.

If you are the parent/guardian of a child with a life-threatening allergy or with asthma, we need your help with providing current medical information and with developing a plan to keep your child safe at school. Students with these allergies should be carrying their medication (i.e. Epipen, Allerject, Puffers) with them at all times.
